How do I earn Points?

For each successful and confirmed sale of the products listed below you will automatically receive the points listed alongside these.
Please note that campaign points/ extra points are loaded onto your profile once the campaign has ended.

What is 1 Point worth?

Simple: 2 Point = 1 Rand

How do I redeem Points?

Points are accumulated as you log your purchases with your unique code found under the myAriston Rewards sticker on the product purchased.  You will be notified via SMS of all point updates. Each time you reach 1000 points R500 will automatically be loaded to your myAriston Rewards card and you will also be notified via SMS.

How do I check my Points and Rewards Card balance?

We want to be sure you can always track your progress. You have two options to check your balance:

Keep in mind your points balance is different from your card balance – which can also be checked online. Login and click on card balance on the home page.

Once I receive my first 1000 points, how do I get my myArison Rewards card?

Your myAriston Rewards card will be hand delivered to you. Delivery will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the date the 1000 points requirement is reached.

How do I get a card statement?

Login and click on card statement on the home page.

How do I report a lost or stolen card?

Call the Support line on 0861 10 12 10 and follow the voice prompts.

myAriston Rewards accepts no liability for any card transactions in the event the card is lost or stolen, however will endeavor to stop card usage as soon as it is reported.

Are there any limits on the myAriston Rewards MasterCard?

Your card may be reloaded, provided that the balance available on your card never exceeds the sum of R25,000 (twenty five thousand rand) at any given time.

The card has a maximum load limit of R25,000 at a time and the monthly load limit may not exceed R25,000 (subject to points being available to redeem).

Is it possible that a transaction can be declined and what should I do in that instance?

There is a possibility of a communication timeout during the transaction, which would cause the card to decline. Occasionally when the card transaction declines, the funds are deducted off the card.
